I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
We were just us three this year and it all went pretty smoothly.Farmer Dad picked some nice fresh carrots in the morning..

I roasted them along with beets, onions, and butternut squash also all grown here.

We served them along with our turkey,

mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, dressing, cranberry sauce,
brussel sprouts , rolls and gravy. Desert was pumpkin pie
and vanilla ice cream for the Princess who does not like pie.

Here I am making a plate for the little one, and here's what my plate looked like as
I sat down to eat...

I hope your holiday was lovely and want you all to know how much I
appreciate you being in my life! Here is some more autumnal goodness
that I am thankful for...

Time has been flying by here in our corner of the Garden State
and I have had very little blog time. :-(
I am trying to get back into the swing of things and can't wait to visit you all and see what you have been up to.
Happy Thanksgiving ((big hugs)) KateinNJ
