Jersey Corn!!!

Yipee! Some corn actually grew and was not pulled out by the squirrels
or whatever pulls such things out in our yard.
We'll eat some tomorrow.
We also picked some black berries and some tomatoes (of course)
and some yellow squash and golden zucchini and peppers.

Someone should do some weeding!

What a mess, weeds, half eaten tomatoes left around from the ground hog!
Oh well, here are some pictures anyway...

All around the yard

Our Fig Tree

I can't wait to eat some tasty figs from our tree.Volunteer tomato plants popped up
all over the yard. More visitors on the Butterfly Bush.

Happening now...

We have a new butterfly bush that is finally flowering this year...and the butterflies are enjoying the purple cone flowers.
Some days there are more than a dozen butterflies on them at once!

First of July...

Here is what it looks like here...

The Dirty Rotten Scoundrel!

Here he is....the Ground Hog/Woodchuck
that has been eating everything in sight!
He is just a little thing and he looks much
"blonder" in person. Very strange.
