Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
We were just us three this year and it all went pretty smoothly.Farmer Dad picked some nice fresh carrots in the morning..
I roasted them along with beets, onions, and butternut squash also all grown here.
We served them along with our turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, dressing, cranberry sauce,
brussel sprouts , rolls and gravy. Desert was pumpkin pie
and vanilla ice cream for the Princess who does not like pie. Here I am making a plate for the little one, and here's what my plate looked like as
I sat down to eat...

I hope your holiday was lovely and want you all to know how much I
appreciate you being in my life! Here is some more autumnal goodness
that I am thankful for...

Time has been flying by here in our corner of the Garden State
and I have had very little blog time. :-(
I am trying to get back into the swing of things and can't wait to visit you all and see what you have been up to.
Happy Thanksgiving ((big hugs)) KateinNJ

Autumn in our corner of the Garden State

Our yard bunny "Flipper" starting some lettuce
Don't you just want to sit here with a hot cup of something?

The yellow leaves are especially appealing to me right now..

so cheerful..
The air is crisp and the skies clear..

Happy Fall Ya'll!!

How is it looking where you are?
